BREAD - AN OVERVIEW

The term “pita” essentially signifies “bread” in Greek. It is a spherical, flatbread with a unique pocket while in the center, produced in the baking approach. I don’t know if it had been necessary but I guess I felt slightly guilty the technique was so straightforward. I ought to have baked mine a few minutes longer for additional color
